For those out of the loop, this year we will vote on a new mayor as Shirley Franklin ends her term. The big four candidates are Lisa Borders, Kasim Reed, Mary Norwood and Jesse Spikes. If you want to get a head start on getting informed, this weekend Campaign for Atlanta will host the first mayoral forum where candidates will talk about their platforms.

You must register for the mayoral candidate forums online and be seated 15 minutes prior to the start time.
The AJC also put together some information on who is supporting/giving money to the candidates, if that also provides some insight on who the big business and activist leaders support.
