    I read at Arts Across Georgia that Georgia  Shakespeare's production of the Merchant of Venice begins June 26 and goes through August 2, 2008.

    This is a Shakespearian courtroom drama that has themes of love and what is right or wrong in the persuit of it. The characters are complex, as none are truly good or truly evil.

    Recommended for audiences 12+ for mature themes.  

    Approximate running time is 2 hours and 30 minutes.

     I've never seen the Merchant of Venice. Has anyone see it? Can anyone clear up the storyline a bit? How does it compare to other Shakespeare plays?
