“How Do You ATL?” Sweepstakes

Official Rules / Terms and Conditions

Entry and Eligibility: No purchase necessary. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico. Employees of the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, Brand Atlanta, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, Web site providers/webmasters and the immediate family members (and those living in their same households) of each employee are not eligible. Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these rules. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. This offer is void wherever prohibited or restricted by national, state or any other government laws. Multiple entries per person/e-mail address are allowed within the given month of entry noted below for the corresponding monthly prizes, provided that for each drawing for the applicable April, May, June and July monthly entry periods, there is a limit of one (1) Instant Win prize per return mail street or P.O. address and a limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person / mail street or P.O. address throughout the Sweepstakes period.

To enter, register for the “How Do You ATL?” Sweepstakes ATL Insider Web site (http://atlinsider.atlanta.net/). You will be asked to provide your first and last name, return mail street or P.O. address, telephone number, zip code, e-mail address. You must play the “How Do You ATL?” game and post your ATL entry to the ATL Insider Web site in order to qualify for a prize. No other method of entry will be accepted. The Sweepstakes begins April 1, 2008 and ends July 31, 2008. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Winner Selection: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about May 8, June 9, July 8, and August 8, 2008, from all eligible entries received during the monthly entry period for each drawing. Entries received between April 1 through April 30, 2008, will be eligible for the May 8 drawing; entries received between May 1 through May 31, 2008 and all previous entries not selected as a prize winner, will be eligible for the June 9 drawing; entries received between June 1 through June 30, 2008 and all previous entries not selected as a prize winner, will be eligible for the July 8 drawing; entries received between July 1 through July 31, 2008 and all previous entries not selected as a prize winner, will be eligible for the August 8 drawing. Winners will be notified by phone, and/or e-mail within fourteen (14) days of selection. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. Odds of winning any prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received through the applicable entry period. For each applicable prize drawing there is a limit of one (1) Instant Win prize per person / mail street or P.O. address, and there is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person / mail street or P.O. address throughout the Sweepstakes period.

Grand Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one Atlanta Visitor winner each month from among all eligible entries received during the April, May, June and July 2008 entry periods, for a total of four (4) Grand Prizes for Visitors. A Visitor is defined as a person who resides at the date of eligible entry outside the Atlanta Metropolitan Statistical Area (http://www.metroatlantachamber.com/metro-map.html). One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one Atlanta Resident winner from among all eligible entries received during the April, May, June and July 2008 entry periods, for a total of four (4) Grand Prizes for Residents. A Resident is defined as a person who resides at the date of eligible entry within the Atlanta Metropolitan Statistical Area (http://www.metroatlantachamber.com/metro-map.html). There is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person / mail street or P.O. address throughout the Sweepstakes period.

Instant Win Prizes: Instant Win prizes will be awarded at random from among all monthly entries received to date during the applicable April, May, June and July prize entry periods. Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per monthly drawing per person/mail street or P.O. address. To redeem a prize, a winner must send an email as instructed in the notification of the prize award.

Prizes: Terms and Conditions. All taxes, gratuities, surcharges and incidental fees and expenses are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets. These prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned or substituted. The Grand Prize consists of the following package of prizes: Two Roundtrip Tickets to Atlanta on AirTran Airways (seating is subject to availability at the time of trip scheduling), weekend stay accommodations for two at the winner’s choice of Atlanta hotel (including but not limited to hotels from the “How Do You ATL?” Game) (but subject to availability at the time of trip scheduling), including complimentary breakfast and overnight parking, Dining and Shopper’s bounty with a $500 in Visa gift card to dine and shop at the Winner’s choice of restaurants and shops, and a selection of tickets to Atlanta attractions, museums and performing arts venues (based on availability at the time of the Winner’s chosen trip date). Grand Prize is valid from May 8, 2008 through August 8, 2009. Odds of winning a Grand Prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry periods for the applicable prize drawing. Estimated retail value of each Grand Prize is $2,000.

Instant Win prizes may include, but are not limited to, tickets to Atlanta performing arts venues and attractions and gift certificates. Instant Win prizes are valid from April 14, 2008 through August 8, 2009. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry periods for the applicable prize drawing. Estimated retail value of each Instant Win prize will be between $1 up to $100, depending on the specific Instant Win prize.

General Conditions: Each Grand Prize winner will be required to respond within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a response is not returned timely, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting a prize, winners grant permission for Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, to use his/her name, likeness, voice and/or hometown, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability or injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from this Sweepstakes, any prize won or in any Sweepstakes-related activity.

Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected, returned, or undelivered entries, or for inability to access phone number or physical address. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or failure, whether caused by tampering, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, defect, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or any other persons, computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. In its sole determination, Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Web site, or who acts in violation of the Official Rules, or acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, software defects, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and randomly select winners from valid mail-in entries received prior to such action, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

In event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same physical mailing address account, the winner will be the authorized resident of the physical address used to enter the Sweepstakes. The potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is resident at the authorized physical mailing address associated with the winning entry. All entries become the property of the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau and will not be returned to entrant.

This Sweepstakes and its Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You and Sponsor irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court having jurisdiction located in Georgia in connection with any action arising out of or related to these official rules or their subject matter and waive any objection based on lack of personal jurisdiction, place of residence, improper venue or forum non-convenience in any such action.

Winners List: Names of winners may be posted on the Web site on or about August 8, 2008. For a complete winners list by U.S. mail, mail your name and complete address in a First Class stamped envelope for receipt no later than December 31, 2008 to: Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, 233 Peachtree Street, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30303 Attn: “How Do You ATL?” Contest. A winners list will be sent after the Sweepstakes ends.
