For the gear head, this venue takes the breath away. What a facility! Also, what a contrast going there on race day compared to a non race day when they hold driver training and autocross in the parking lot - which is the size of a small county! The only negative in my opinion, are the overzealous revenue collecting Hampton police that can put a downer on your day if you stray just a few miles over the limit on the way there and back. Nopi events are also great fun even if you don't drive a tuner import, just the people watching is more than enough entertainment without the drifting and drag racing.

What a wonderful facility! Went to the Qualifying on Friday, Busch race on Saturday and took in the Cup race on Sunday. A beautiful place with a very friendly staff. We want to go back during a non-event time and tour the track and take in the history.
